In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on lote4d. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently closed.
The lote4d platform is intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and that you will comply with all applicable Indonesian laws regarding online gaming and betting activities. We reserve the right to verify your location and may restrict access to our services if you are located outside Indonesia.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the lote4d platform. Opening multiple accounts under different names, email addresses, or using fraudulent identification documents is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all related accounts will be suspended, winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the original payment source after deducting administrative fees.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to notify lote4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

lote4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay (e-wallet), and Visa/Mastercard (credit and debit cards). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.
Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your lote4d account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. lote4d does not charge any deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees on their end.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods and accounts that have been registered and verified under your name during the KYC process. You may not withdraw funds to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal processing times vary by verification status: fully verified accounts receive withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours; unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 72 hours while verification is completed.
To prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering, lote4d requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500.000 before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific rollover requirements outlined in Section 5 below. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions or that we suspect to be associated with fraudulent activity.
lote4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. These terms are clearly stated in the promotional material for each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses require a wagering requirement before bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 10.000.000 before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
lote4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or close accounts that engage in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any strategy that exploits bonus terms in bad faith. Our decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.
All bets placed on the lote4d platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event in question. For sports betting, bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the BRI Liga 1 organizing committee for Indonesian league matches). For casino games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Full game rules are available on the platform prior to placing bets.
lote4d reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors (also known as "palpable errors"), technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, suspected fraudulent activity, matches that are abandoned or postponed beyond a reasonable rescheduling window, or bets placed after an event has already started (except for live in-play betting). In the event of a voided bet, stakes are returned to your account balance.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms, the maximum payout from a single bet or accumulator (mix parlay) is Rp 500.000.000. Winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at the maximum, and any excess will not be credited to your account. VIP members at Diamond tier and above may negotiate higher payout limits with their personal account managers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lote4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

We make no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, lote4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of lote4d shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 30 days prior to the claim.
All content on the lote4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of lote4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.
lote4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or at your own request. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any pending verification processes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards applicable to online betting platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from your use of the lote4d platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and lote4d. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
lote4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the lote4d platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
